Making a major hospital system feel local, visible, and part of everyday neighborhood life.

For NewYork-Presbyterian, we developed a campaign built around the idea that great care should feel close to home. Using detailed isometric illustrations, we recreated real neighborhoods to show the hospital system woven into the places where people live and work.

The campaign extended across posters, billboards, and brochures, and also included an interactive app concept that let users explore hospital locations, zoom into individual buildings, and navigate facilities through guided video walkthroughs.

Project Outcome

Challenge

Large hospital systems can feel distant or institutional, even when they are deeply embedded in local communities. The challenge was to make NewYork-Presbyterian feel more familiar, accessible, and neighborhood-connected.

Amazing Results

The campaign translated scale into intimacy, giving the brand a more human and place-based presence. It created a flexible visual system that worked across print, outdoor, and digital touchpoints.
