For Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights 30 campaign, I helped shape the visual world of “Never Go Alone,” a multi-platform horror campaign built around elaborate sets, unsettling creature effects, and highly stylized imagery.
Crafting a cinematic horror campaign for one of live entertainment’s most iconic events.
Working alongside Universal Orlando Resort’s in-house creative team, I art directed key visuals, supervised effects details like the creature-driven horror moments, collaborated on photography direction, and helped prepare final assets across multiple media. The result was a campaign world expansive enough to support broadcast spots, short-form content, social, web, print, and outdoor.

Project Outcome
Challenge
The work needed to feel terrifying, cinematic, and cohesive across every touchpoint, while also navigating the production realities of a pandemic year. Every image had to sell the world, the atmosphere, and the mythology of the event.
Amazing Results
The campaign created a durable content system that extended well beyond a single commercial. Its assets continued to serve the brand after production and supported a high-performing, award-recognized marketing push.
